Two buildings, one road
On OpenStreetMap, Downtown Views II and Downtown Views I are mapped as two separate buildings on Financial Centre Road in Za'abeel 2, about 170 metres apart — Downtown Views II to the north, the original Downtown Views to the south. Both sit between Sheikh Zayed Road and The Dubai Mall, which is why the names get confused.

The mistake that costs people time
The confusing one is "Tower 1". People searching for "Downtown Views 1" often mean the original building, while "Downtown Views II Tower 1" is the first tower of the newer development. If you're meeting someone, sending a delivery or giving an address to a taxi, say "Downtown Views II" (or "Downtown Views 2") and the tower number — Tower 1, 2 or 3.
Getting to the right entrance
When you book with us we send the exact tower and arrival instructions for your apartment. Before that, these help:
- Use the full name "Downtown Views II" in Google Maps, not just "Downtown Views".
- Check the tower number in your booking confirmation.
- Self check-in is listed for 12 of our 19 apartments; for the others we arrange the handover with you directly.

Staying, renting or buying in Downtown Views II
All of our apartments are in Downtown Views II — 1 to 4 bedrooms, most with a balcony and a Burj Khalifa view listed.
- A few nights or weeks: check dates and live prices and book online.
- A month or more: tell us your move-in date and budget on monthly rentals.
- Buying: tell us the tower and budget on buy or invest and we'll come back with resale apartments that are actually on the market.
