Splitting the bill
For friends, the useful number is the cost per person. Using the medians above:

Across all our 2-bedrooms the median night was AED 1,905 in October and AED 1,977 in November 2026. In July it was AED 1,015 — see prices month by month.
Bathrooms: the thing groups argue about
Five of the eleven have 2.5 bathrooms and one (the sleeps-5 with a Burj view) has three. The rest have two. That matters more as the group grows: the sleeps-6 apartment has two bathrooms for six people, while every sleeps-8 and sleeps-10 option has at least two bathrooms and three of the four have 2.5.
Beds, not just "sleeps"
A 2-bedroom that sleeps eight or ten fits people by adding beds outside the bedrooms. Airbnb lists five beds in the sleeps-10 apartment and four in each sleeps-8 apartment. Look at the bed set-up on the listing and agree who sleeps where before you book.
Availability when we checked
On 4 October 2026, our 2-bedrooms were 43% booked for the next 30 days and 27% for the 31–90 days after that. Individual apartments ranged from fully open to fully booked:
- The sleeps-5 without a balcony, the sleeps-5 with 2.5 baths, the sleeps-6 and the sleeps-10 had every night open for the next 30 days.
- The sleeps-8 with 60 reviews had its calendar open only until 8 November.
- The sleeps-8 with a fountain view had no open nights through January 2027.
