Parking
Every one of our apartments lists free parking on the premises. The detail varies by listing:
- Two apartments specify one space — the 1-bedroom that sleeps two and the 2-bedroom with 2.5 bathrooms that sleeps four.
- Three describe a free multistorey car park on the premises, one of them with one space.
- The 3-bedroom with a fountain view lists a garage with two spaces, and its host describes "2 free parking spots".
If you're bringing two cars, that 3-bedroom is the one to book; for everything else, tell us your car when you book.
Pool and gym
The pool is listed for 18 of our 19 apartments and the gym for 17. The one apartment that lists neither is the 2-bedroom that sleeps five without a balcony; the 3-bedroom that sleeps nine lists the pool but not the gym.
The pool is labelled differently from one listing to the next — "heated" on two, "infinity" on others, "available seasonally" on one, "open 24 hours" on another. Because those descriptions conflict, we don't state the pool's hours or type here. Several hosts also describe a tennis court and a kids' play area; we haven't verified those facilities.
Check-in and checkout
We have the house rules for 10 of our apartments:

Three of them accept arrivals until 11 pm. Two set a narrower window: the fountain-view 3-bedroom until 6 pm and the 3-bedroom that sleeps seven with four bathrooms until 5 pm — worth knowing if you land in the evening. The host of the 2-bedroom with 60 reviews says early check-in or late checkout "is often possible — just ask".
Letting yourself in
Twelve apartments list self check-in: ten with a smart lock or keypad, and the other two alongside building staff. If you are arriving late, pick one of the twelve, for example the 4-bedroom that sleeps nine with 48 reviews or the 1-bedroom with a skyline view.
Guests rated check-in 4.79 out of 5 on average across the apartments with check-in ratings, and location 4.93.
Families and pets
Seventeen apartments list a cot, many on request and some for a fee. Only three allow pets: the 1-bedroom with a skyline view, the 2-bedroom with a fountain view and the 3-bedroom with a fountain view.
