The three towers at a glance
Downtown Views II (often written Downtown Views 2, and in Arabic داون تاون فيوز 2) is a single Emaar development made up of Tower 1, Tower 2 and Tower 3. Emaar describes it as 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments "between Sheikh Zayed Road and Financial Centre Road".

The storey counts are what those two sources published; other agents quote lower figures, so treat them as approximate. The three towers were built under one contract — CSCEC Middle East was awarded USD 351.2 million by Emaar for the project, according to Arabian Business.
What the three towers share
Emaar lists these facilities for Downtown Views II as a whole: a swimming pool, a gym and health club, dining outlets and a multi-purpose community room. Among the 19 apartments we offer, spread across the towers:
- 19 of 19 list free parking on the premises and a washing machine
- 18 of 19 list pool access, and 17 of 19 gym access
- 16 of 19 list a balcony, and 15 of 19 list a Burj Khalifa view

Finding the building
The towers stand on Financial Centre Road in Za'abeel 2, on the north side of Downtown Dubai. In a straight line from the building:
- The Dubai Mall — about 600 m to the centre of the mall
- Burj Khalifa — about 870 m
- Dubai Fountain — about 950 m
- Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro station — about 1.1 km
Walking routes are longer than straight lines. Several hosts describe a covered link to The Dubai Mall; ask us for the route from your apartment. Staying in a particular tower
We don't group our apartments by tower on the website, because the apartment matters more than the tower: a high floor with a balcony facing Burj Khalifa in one tower beats a low, inward-facing unit in another. If the tower does matter to you — you're visiting family in Tower 2, say — message us on WhatsApp before booking and we'll tell you which apartments fit and whether they're free.

Renting monthly or buying in Tower 1, 2 or 3
- Monthly or long-term rent. Furnished apartments for a month or more — tell us the tower, move-in date and budget on monthly rentals and we reply with apartments that are actually available.
- Buying. We don't list sale prices we can't stand behind. Tell us the tower, size and budget on buy or invest and we'll come back with resale apartments genuinely on the market.
