"Burj view" and "fountain view" are what the apartment's Airbnb listing records; the right-hand column quotes the host where the host describes the balcony itself.

So 13 of the 16 balcony apartments also list a Burj Khalifa view, and one lists the Dubai Fountain. A Burj view on the listing doesn't tell you it's visible from the balcony — the host quotes above are the only ones that tie the view to the balcony, and they are the hosts' descriptions, not something we have checked. The listing photos are the best check.
Read the small print on "Burj view"
The 2-bedroom that sleeps five with 2.5 bathrooms is a good example. Its listing records a Burj Khalifa view, but its title talks about a "pool view of Burj Khalifa", and the host describes the view from the window as the Zaabeel and DIFC skylines. In other words, the Burj may be what you see from the pool rather than from the balcony.
The fountain views without a balcony
Our other fountain-view apartment, the 2-bedroom that sleeps eight, doesn't list a balcony in its amenities — yet its host describes the Burj Khalifa and fountain view as visible from "both bedrooms, the living room, balcony, and dining area". The two don't agree, so we haven't counted it here. It also had no open nights through January 2027 when we checked on 4 October 2026.

The fountain-view 3-bedroom had a median of AED 1,734 over the 12 open nights we have prices for — lower than our other 3- and 4-bedrooms, which ran AED 3,070–3,383. Check live prices for your dates on the apartment search.
How booked they were
On 4 October 2026, our balcony apartments were 39% booked for the next 30 days and 19% for the 31–90 days after that. The fountain-view 3-bedroom was 63% booked for the next 30 days but only 7% for the following two months.
